  • yes maintaining strength and flexibilty in the hip abductors and adductors helps to maintain alignment of the thigh as in preventing any unwanted rotation and so results in more biomechanically effiecient motion and correct foot plant. Everything starts at the hip. Great coach I must say. He really knows his stuff.
