Holy Crap! I have memories from when I was two years old. I can remember trying to figure stuff out. I have a cousin who remembers stuff from when he was 18 months old. And this isn't stuff that we overheard our parents talking about. Only I knew that I was the one who kept pulling up the radish sprouts to watch how they grew.

@xxxlordvionxxx Adult pigs can suffer at least as much as two year old humans. Animals such as grown elephants can certainly suffer more than very young humans. Rats can probably suffer significantly but I never researched to what extent.

If the two year old is suffering more than the pig then you are logically obligated to save the two year old first; if the pig is suffering more than the two year old then you are logically obligated to save the pig first.
