Most clones are traitors because most of them become stormtroopers. The ones that still are clones dies after a while in the Star Wars story.

@stralbem Clones are not slaves. In episode 3 they were ordered things they did not want to do like kill General Kenobi, but after that they fought with the empire for so long they loved it.

@Thebestever441 a jedi once said that clones are "Slaves of the Republic", I mean they were born to fight and become a soldier, they did not choose to become a soldier, they were programmed to become one

And i think inthis episode Chopper is near of his Independence, if you are a not standard clone, and dont give to you a choice in your life, just figth a war... like normal people try to run away of this situation, I understan Slick, he just want a diferent choice.

cloning is a very hard process. even in there time. a batch of clones may come out bad like you said. clones can not be bribed. so slick must have had something wrong with him.
