OK folks, will you stop buying a 'Silence Violin" and then give us a power-up display which negates the name "Silent". Lets hear it on its own because I read that the purpose was to practice at home without annoying neighbours or family. It's like telling us you bot your first trumpet Mute but then play Flight Of The Bumblebee as the mute sits in the background.

I got it for about 400 pounds but that was about 5 years ago. I dont know what the current market value is like now. Anyway you can always check it out from a Yamaha shop around you.

You should try using your ring and pinky fingers, especially when you have those string crossing going from the G & D strings to the E string. It will enable you to have better control over the bow.
