  • 1. Wearing loose clothing while reving up your motor is a bad idea.

    2. Learning to tear down and reassemble the carbs is good knowledge to have.

3.if you do have crap in your tank, you need to pull it out and have it professionally cleaned or else you will find yourself and your van burning as brightly as the space shuttle Columbia.

And y'all have the balls to talk shit about SUVs?

I can smash the shit of your Volkswagen hippie bus with a SUV with a badass V8 and ripped the piece of shit VW!

  • deppen !!

  • you don't pour it in when the motor is off, because when you're trying to start it it can't burn it so you can actually hydrolock the motor, seen it done to junkyard motors when trying to fix them up for selling

  • @snakesonaplane2 i see it all the time when they do and they work fine. but then these are perfectly fine motors not like junkyard motors that are already fucked. thats why you gunn it and blow all the shit out.

  • was that really worth 6000 views?

  • poor van

  • Umm... you aren't suppose to let it stall out dumbass.

  • why you are killing it.....

  • Where is Borat , when you need him?

  • To seabass0591, EXCUSE ME??? STOP THE HATE! GO TAKE A SHIT OVER THE OCEAN! Look in the mirror-you probably hate yourself!

  • i dont think you're supposed to floor the engine; maybe around 3,000rpm should be sufficient for proper usage of seafoam cleaning solution.

  • prick

  • your fucking stupid you dont deserve this vw

  • Can you tell me where the catalytic converter is on my 74' beetle >.> this should be under comedy not Auto why not just wash the gunk out with water *SARCASM* (Disclaimer: putting the hose in your carb is a good way to need a new engine.)

  • They didn't have them, unless it's a CA car.

  • That's a 1970 model bus...though perhap manufactured in '69 haha.

  • Sea Foam is great stuff, he used too much though.

  • that stuff is not designed for a rear engined car :&

  • You are a moron

  • right on..... ill have to try this in my '76 transporter....

  • I don't think it liked that very much XDD

  • wtf is seafoam?

  • An awesome engine cleaner. They used it wrong. Thats why it was so much trouble to start.

  • Cruises at 85? Show me that video and monitor your oil and cylinder head temps at the same time, I'm real curious to see this!

  • 1:39... wow, smooth.

dude i have 100 cans of saltcrap for sale to dump in your engine, its 5$ each but i'll cut you a deal, msg me for sale,

    thanks

  • dude.. u own something what lots of people would like to have.... some people pay lots of money into restauring something like this... and i trash the van...

  • LOL OMG lol.. thats funny if all else fails try the old fasioned way!!! LOL

  • The van gods would be displeased

  • I have never seen such total idiots in my life. If that were a split window instead of a bay window, I would climb thru this computer and pound you smart elick idyat faces in. Stick to the subway or walk!

  • WHAT TOTAL IDIOTS. Who are these people and what were they given instead of brains?

  • This is absolutely reckless. There are other way's of cleaning your carbs, fuel tank, lines and intake. All of them require mechanical skill and work. Just because you poor something into the fuel system and have smoke billowing out of your exhaust doesn't mean a damn thing in regard to cleanliness. The only reason your bus is still running (if it in fact is) is because there's a higher power out there than you and that higher power probably respects a classic car.

  • seafoam works wonderfully

  • What size jets are you running? Wait, you'll have to have a screwdriver to check... Never mind, just dump some more seafoam in!

  • I'm happy to report that the VW runs beautifully, cruises 85 on the highway with no problems whatsoever.

    thank you very much.

  • To all you people out there who think they know better than me, i will explain what i did.Seafoam is a great way to remove carbon buildup and residue from your engine and gas tank. that being said, its a great thing to ut into these old VWs that have crap in their engines, carbs and gas tanks.

This VW has a brand new 1776 engine and i only put it in the carbs and gas tank since all the rust and junk was going from my gas tank and clogging my carbs so the seafoam did the trick of cleaning it up!

  • @ovaid ya seafoam works and is great but how many freaking bottles did you use? your only supposed to use a few ounces lol

  • you're not supposed to use two whole cans dude

  • what a dick how to destroy a bus

  • Your friend is a dumbass.

  • there was no need for that

  • Maybe the bank will take it back so it won't get any more abuse. Poor bus. :-(
