I live in Southeast Louisiana. This is about an hour drive. It is creepy.

I am from south Louisiana and have been here three times. Well worth the drive to see. It is as people say it is. If you really hink about it while in the house it will scare the hell out of you. The house has alot of history behind it. Alot of slaves worked here many years ago. The Civil war was also faught in the area. This place should be on your (places to see list)

this is by far haunted we have alot photos of ghost we have one of chloe getting hung in the trees in the photo it shows her in red clothing also we have a photo of the children sitting in the tree and we have a photo of the hole entire family posing! in the picture including the dog!

@quicksand198989 yes they alow them we have several pictures of ghost in them! it a very nice place to visit! if u take photos take them in black and white it be easier to spot them!

nice collection i have been to the myrtles many of time and even captured the ghost of chloe with my kodak digicam the myrtles is an awsome place to visit and you never know what to expect

it is said that a man died on the 17th step well in your picture, you are standing on the 17th step when you move, in the next picture there is a ball of energy an orb i think that is amazing i didin;t know if any one noticed it

@jerseyman34 Myrtles is about 4 hours from the French Quarter. (That's driving distance. Its in St. Francisville, LA)

yeah. a lot of people don't know it's there because it's kinda tucked away and not on any of the T.V. shows about the place (at least none that i've seen.) but if you are standing on the back porch looking towards the pond. it's on the right hand side of the pond.
