I'm a Paramedic from Canada. Have you ever had to extricate a 5 year old girl from the back seat of a car as she asks if her mother who was killed instantly in the front seat is ok? Or tried to get a heartbeat back on a child who was struck in a residential area by some dumbass driving a truck not paying attention?
