This is a sweet car! I love drag racing, Im building an 87 regal, big block for the track. I do like this style car though, I dont meen to be negitive but the cam didnt sound that wild, almost stock, but still a sweet car!!!!
The song is Little Deuce Coupe by The Beach Boys, I put it in becuase I was talking to much in the vid, and I figured it would just sound better with the music and car lol.
what type of exhaust is on in? I know it Thrush but what type, I have a 55 Chevy truck and am looking for the right exhaust for it and that sounds really good and nice car by the way.
Its 3 inch tubing off Hooker headers, with the Thrush turbo mufflers. I dont think there is an H-pipe of X-pipe, its my buds car, I will try to remeber to ask him.
yea its saws the owners name on it, and the bill of sale "I hearby sell one 1955 Chevy Wagon to (blank) for the amount......etc" and it has his name in the blank and he drives the car, no one else. Believe it or not, w/e.
Is this 327 a small journal crank? if so i am building the same thing but mine is goin to be a pure drag car...lol....all i need is a cam to finish it off....nice video 327 is the best small block around
@joes1234567890 well no The 327 has a short stroke crank which is good but the block is weak .use a 350 4 bolt main block with the 327 crank .that is more solid ..my 2 cents
Its my friends 55 but I know its a crane cam. Not sure of the specs/duration. But I will try to get them up! You should get some vids of that Charger man!

Sounds nice! I have a 327 in my '50 chevy coupe. Had some power, but not enough.
Funny, I started out with JUST the engine, now the whole car is getting a face lift.
