It is not a song it is a Audio Stinger. I have the raw file of it when you pick up the cog tag. If you run the editor you can extract the file out of the Cooked Package.

I did get the achievement but it was on an offline profile so it wouldn't of popped up. Also you run the editor load up the map it is on then add the cog tags into the map. Well there is more to it than that more thats about as easy I can put it because you are not able to modify cooked maps.

i just tried this and only saw one cog.. i noticed your video is before the latest windows live update for pc.. also they had an update for gears pc in feb 09.. did that take out the glitch?

and it only uses the system memory if the card is having trouble at a higher resolution... basiclly it wont speed up you core clock or shader at all...

hehe well not really see the core 2 quads are still em64t cpu's same as the duo's but thay can still use all 4 cores to keep the game stable and not choppy. when i play gears of war all settings max except for AA which 2 cards are needed for that, i still pull off max frames with only about 42% load. now try that with any dual core and you will get to about 80-100% load...

hey just a note just because you have a 3ghz deul cpu does not give you 6ghz speeds its just 3ghz per chip they do not add upto 6ghz ....and there aint no 8600 out there with 1.2gb ram on the card lol ...might wanna relearn your facts there buddy

a pentium D doesnt run gow with 50 fps max settings on a 8600 GT... i had a pentium D, now a core 2 quad and i have an 8800 GT and 4 gb of ram as to 2 gb only... i turned everything to max with dx 10 and AA and the highest i got was 45 so big fat fuckin lier...

i have a amd athlon x2 6000 2gb ram ddr2 1066 and a xfx geforce 8800 gts 640 i had all my settings maxed out and the highest resolutions in dx10 and i get 62fps , wonder why u only get 45

Well I would of got the achievement but I didn't because I was not connected to Windows Live. With Windows Live games you need to be connected to Windows/Xbox Live in order to get the achievement.
