they do try to touch her. in one video on here (its under hollywoodtv's videos too) she is leaving a clothing store. and her bodyguard is on the other side of the suv. the door is closed and the paps come and open the door of the car scaring britney and making all her bags fall out. they may not be touching her but that counts as invading personal space and/or trying to touch her.
