The futuristic look looks like a blend of 'C&C: Gen.' + 'Act of War' I love Communism! I live in a Communist country. The only negative affect is it's tech is a bit lower, but who cares? Ya don't have to have super milt. high tech like Amer. to live a happy life. We're about 5yrs or less against Amer. BTW, I'm Amer. w. mix blood, incl. Russian.

first: sorry, bears don't have a Tesla Coil on there back. there the Soviet version of the Attack Dog.

second: YES! Kirovs have the secondary ability to increase there speed, but they get damage (called: Gastroburners)

RA2 tanks where more or less designed after real tanks. the Apocalypse Tank was modelled after the T-90/T-80, but then with dual barrels and rocket pods.
