Hi,yes you can get a support bar for your Dremel your buddy is right about this.Here in the UK we call it a Dremel Detailer's Grip Attachment,cost in UK is around £14.99.

i have, i use it and it's a good thing to buy.

mine come with a complete set of accessory in a hard case with handle

You talk about it being heavy to use for fine work or long durations. For those use the "Flex Shaft Attachment". Works great with the 4000.

Mr.Rampro, You chose the perfect tool because i know if i hold a dremel in my hand i can tell it is genuine,i have had the competitors. they aren't as good. Dremel wins, the dremel is the best, i own one and i love it , i plan on doing a review of the dremel. So you made a good choice by buying the dremel 4000

2/30 = 2 attachments & 30 accessories

so you get more stuff with the 2/30

My guess about the bag is it's a Wall-mart thing. Wall-Mart has some shady dealings to keep the prices down besides using all the cheap import stock. The uninformed customer only sees price not how many feet of toilet paper are actually in the package.

Wall-mart does create jobs but mostly for china. I don't shop there.

I would bye the next kit up its around $90. It comes with a lot more attachments and circle cutter, sanding edge, detailed gripper $12 and a nice case

@100ghillie i don't think it is, the 4000 is around $90 on the internet you might be looking i'd say probably the 100 or 200 series dremel.

Most 4000's come with the gray plastic Dremel case.

Wonder why yours only had that cheap bag.

@spearmintmonkey I've looked into that a little and I'm going to say its because he got the kit with 1 attachment and only 26 accessories, i think that's the simplest version of the 400, it goes up to 5 attachments and about 60 accessories.
