We saw these guys in home power magazine, they were using a large old satellite dish and crude but innovative/effective equipment. I like that they are advancing. this new set up is quite elegant well done for those making reflectors they recommend many small reflectors on a bang for the buck basis
Not a waste -- machines that roast large batches of coffee at once can be quite expensive. This actually seems like a decent alternative, and free energy to boot -- good selling point and self-promotional when taken to fairs, etc..
