Fraps, a 5 mins recording will be about 2gb, game cam lite, 5mins around 500 mb

Also. I've tried both. I get the best FPS from game cam. In fact, it has actually improved my frames on certain games when I've turned it on. Fraps only takes 30 seconds shots for being free, while game cam is on for as long as you want it to be.

Yeah fraps, you do need a good comp, it works fine with WoW if you lower the spec and rezz, but game cam is better for fast things, i like game cam lite for recoring fights where i wont get knocked down to 30 fps using fraps

No, I don't use fraps to record my videos. I use GameCam. It's free, easier to use than fraps. And you can use it as much as you want when it's free, not like the 30 second clips that fraps give you. Only option you don't get is to get rid of their mark at the bottom left, and your soundless. But otherwise.
