i would feel so sick to my stomach if I took that amount of capsules at one time...or even over the course of a day. I'm so glad you found that they help you both - I do take some supplements & amino acids, but even the 6 or 7 that I take make me sick to my stomach, and I've tried them with & without food.
And the cost must be enormous.
