  • Hey Steve have you ever tried sub zero refining? Also do you know how many grams of platinum in a catalitc convertor? I heard 3 to 7 grams it must be around that on average because the buyers pay 80.00 to 120.00 for one depending on grade! If they pay that they have to 2x the money at least to proft!   • What was the solution that the Pt was dissolved in before you added the NH4Cl? Aqua Regia? Did you have to dilute it any before adding the NH4Cl? Thanks.

  • @lazersteve i was wondering if i disolve a catylitic converter in aqua regia when i add the amonium chloride does it have to be dissolved in water? what is the water - ammonium chloride ratio and do i dennox it first
