Just saw the story of what this douchebag did to those two girls on "I Survived." What a piece of garbage... good thing he's dead & gone - but the death penalty is set up all wrong. They should allow the victim's family to torture the murderer & then kill him in the same manner that he did his victim - an eye for an eye. Now THAT would be JUSTICE & THAT is how the death penalty should be set up.
