btw, there is nearly no lack of timing in there. I think, you are confused by the moving of his hands. that´s because he first hammers a note before moving "down" (means: notes UP). At least, I think that he hammer´s. Hard to say in that speed. But acoustically... no lack of timing, so there MUST be a hammer-on.
