Workout is super important when you are pregnant and later on the pregnancy very few can do this because the baby is big and bounce against your organs, so it's great she can keep it up. Just sitting on your bum and "take it easy" is def not good when you are pregnant unless it's a risky pregnancy. The baby is safe and many babies enjoys the activity.
