dont overestimate the jomsborg army, the jomsvikings are tough, but the majority of the army is just regular fighters, some good, some bad, just email them and ask them when they train so you can come have a look.

After seeing the Jomsvikings on the History channel, I've wanted to go over there and join them.

Anybody have an idea how I might get around to joining? Their site didn't aid much.

it takes a long time joining them, first you need to be a really good fighter, then you join the jomsborg ermy, after that you have to learn the whole storry and every bettle of the jomsvikings, you allso need to know a lot beside it, then they will test you, in competition and knolidge and if you are lucky, you can get in.

there are allso other groops where it is easier to get in, and where there are better fighters, ulfhednir, halsingarna, ranerna...

Just as an FYI, there are actually Americans who have been doing the exact same combat as these guys, for almost as long. Granted, it is a bigger deal over there, but the US is getting there....but these guys certainly don't have the market cornered on this kind of combat.
