Or hey, even better way is to download the Simple Native Trainer V 6.2 and xlive or Asiloader. Just ask me if your interested in installing car mods or getting this Simple Native Trainer. I know everything you need and how to. The first time I got Simple Native trainer it didn't work but after some hours it worked.

You can try to google around for the download for PC...but you'll end up with a trojan virus most likely...trust me...

and for xbox or PS3...if you have the points or PSN cash you can download it there...there is no way to get GTA IV without straight up buying it
