1. Connect your iPhone 4 to the computer

2. transfer the HD movie file to the hard drive

3. upload the HD movie file to youtube.

@azcn2503 full HD quality from the iPhone 4 can only be uploaded from your desktop or laptop computer. you have to download the video from the iPhone 4 first then upload it.
