i thought about not using wristbands, by watching this vid by using them it seems better, help minimize busted plays, ill rather have no huddle team without mistakes rather than to have one and make a mistake it only take one play to change the game, and the ten minute drill seems great to. It seemed to help me a little bit. Great Vid!
