i play on xbox 360 and whenever i hit Y (triangle on PS3) my player just sticks his arms up but doesnt jump? do i need to hold Y down or just click it ? cause my players always have the ball just bounce off their hands and im getting really annoyed cause my DB's miss almost every easy pick chance but then the computers line backers will catch line rocket passes.

Is it safer to just try and tip the ball? Because I just try and grab it every time and when I miss it seems like it would have been smarter to just swat it. Is there equal success chance for each?

dang your really good! But is it just me or is gettting a pick muchh easier. Im not the best player but my opponent got like 4 interceptions(they werent controlling, it was the cpu) and the ball was closer to the receiver.

Same idea they can still pic the ball...check out my tip how to press coverage, it shows how effective ray lewis can be intercepting the ball... hope this helps
