I understand the concept behind "perfect balance". But is this perfect balance supposed to work WITHOUT a quiver full of arows...or with a quiver and arrows? And if the latter, what is the optimal quiver and arrow weight to give it the perfect balance? Or how do we know which stabilizer to use?
