HOly shiet* After 30 years of my life!? ANd I NEVER KNEW there was an arcade VERSION!? I was starting to believe this was a 1mb floppy version for their famicom :"( we were stuck with the 250KB cartridges.. .. Maann Such a total difference in this arcade version!

@PhatFarm60 NO, your character blinks is on who that your opponent wants to aim at to fire at. The NES didn't have that feature, The NES processor was just lagging on the heavier sprites processing stress..

I can play to the fifth loop with one coin. But the U.S. team in the fifth loop is so strong that I never beat them. I know how to do it but I just can't:

1. mistake is not allowed

2. every throw must be deadly

3. luck

can you kill the opponents outside on the perimeters of the court?

No, but you can still get 600 points from hitting them.

Also, in the NTSC-U version of this game, you can get 5000 points from just hitting the opponents on the side line in the England stage.

That's equivalent to 1 KO, it's a great way to get points fast in that game.

This brings back so many memories. In grade 6 i finished this game at the local arcade on 1 quarter. Was actually lunch time at school and I was late took forever to beat japan with all their big players and 4-5 subs.

The NES Super Dodgeball was great. But during gameplay it would slow down when there was a lot going on.

Because of that catching any kind of ball was pretty easy.

Play the PC-Engine version. Those power shots are god-like fast.

Still I wish this was at my local arcade!
