you buy it in a can you put it in the tyre just like air and stops leaks shit stuff would not use it only if i really had to oh the guy didnt balance the tyre very good he fitter the tyre and rim on a steel rim machine scrash the shit out of alloy dumb shit fitter dont know what he doing
