hey just a tip. it helps a lot if you use the feathering option on the line that you can see during the cloning effect. It makes it alot less noticable

How did you do the matrix effect?

Simple actually. Film the movements, then copy the clip in your time line about 3 times. Make each clip start about a second after the one before it. So it looks like a set of stairs in the time line. Keep the original clip at 100% opacity, but lower the second one to 50%ish, and the third to 40% and so on. There you have it.

thanks! one more question if you dont mind, where do you adjust the speed? like you did the 2000 % speed

Where you set it to P, SP, AV etc. put it on SP.  then move the joy stick to the right until you get to 2000. if there is not enough ligh, the number will blink.

You hold control or option ( i mix them up) while holding it down press J it will give you a menu that has Speed starting at 100 % and you can adjust it. Also you can do videos in reverse in this menu

the cloning got messed. next time, you might wanna not touch the camera and cut-out the part where u move around. and also, try to control the lighting a little more. i like the speedy car movemnt. that was awesome. how did u do the race car color in the beginning? sweet matrix effects.

Thx for the comment and the tips. I was mainly trying things out they will be better next time. It's kinda hard to explain the color change opening with the car. All I sit was fade from black & white into just the red "Pleasantville" effect, then fade into full color.

Nice going dude! I liked ALL the new effects, although it looked like you got a just a little bleed through under the trees when running the cuda. My favorite effect was the matrix effect though. Now you just need that babe in leather standing behind you to complete the picture. lol. And who will ever forget the Mark & Mark team on the couch? Riveting TV right there. :))

Lol, Yeah the pine needles were almost the same shade of orange so it was unavoidable. Next time I will paint a body that is like highlighter yellow or something. Wait, my Micro-T is bright friggin yellow, should have filmed that. Oh well, next time.  Thanks for the kind words Bro!

I did all of this video in FCE. I have used Live Type before for my RC opening, It is pretty cool, you just have to play with it a little.
