Creepy Pay Phone Ringing

does anyone else remember payphones Those big box looking things with a phone on them, you used to see them on the street, and people would line up to use them.

I'm only 20 but I already know I'm going to be trying to explain payphones to my grandkids some day and they won't have any idea what the fuck I'm talking about. "Yeah, back in my day you only had a cellphone if you're parents were rich, they were pretty big and they didn't record videos , play music or connect to the internet!"

I was at a meijers and the pay phone rang and I answered it and this dude was like "excuse me sir, can I ask you a personal question?" And I was like " I would but I have to go shopping" and I hung up.

I do this with the payphones in the shopping plaza near my house. Sit in your car, duck down and call the payphones when people walk by...seriously, someone ALWAYS picks it up. Something about an anonymous ringing phone really excites people. Then since we can see them, we say things that only a person that sees them could know and they always look around for me. lol its actually a lot of fun when you are bored out of your mind.

No, we were sitting outside Albertsons colecting canned food for a food drive and the payphone rang. It was some guy with the wrong number. He hung up when I told him it was the payphone but a few minutes later he called back. So I handed my friend my camera and told her to record it and I answered it again. It was the same guy and he was asking where it was and who was there and I started making up names of people with me.

So that's what happened. You had no idea.
