  • This dude is strong.  Very strong. I wish I could get that kind of work done. I know many people are commenting on his form, but the integrity of my form deteriorates if I do too low of a load (225lbs is probably low for him, since he reps it 25x).

    And for those who say "put your video up if you talking", I'll be the first to post a video response. Me @ 225x2 way past my college ball years.

  • I'm bigger than this guy and I don't jerk the weight. I'm a beast in the gym but I always use good form and technique. Safety is always important when using heavy weight. I hate seeing guys being in the gym using terrible form and jerking the weight. This is not Pumping Iron. You are not Arnold...but even they used good solid form when working out.

  • Question: Why do your elbows not come up so that your upper arms are parallell to the floor like an oly lifter? I'm new to cleans, and was just wondering whether it's to do with technique, the fact that you're repping the weight, not one repping it, or some sort of lack of flexibility on your part.

  • @TZfootball07 i play for the central hilltoppers bridgeport connecticut which is the strongest team in the state of all time. not only did we win the state weightlifting comp last year we broke the state record of all time for strongest football team with a team total 14440 pounds lifted. the old redord was 14425 which we set in 2007 so pause lmao loser and btw last week i did 270

  • youre strong as hell but... these are not hang cleans...your elbows arent even up and your not even squatting a little. and you fail to hold it at the racked position. if anything these are reverse curls.

  • Why are people saying he has no form? He's doing a well stabilized, fully supported hang clean just without the lower body explosion. His hips STILL end up beneath the bar in line with the spine, his back is STILL straight, and looks to me like he's pretty friggin strong so he must be doing something right. "Football player" Hang cleans(as they're sometimes called) where the legs fly out,sometimes at VERY unsafe angles are more TECHNICALLY incorrect than this. Not hating;just fact. good lift.
