But, yeah, I understand what you're saying, but the thing is that he's playing like a lot of technical metal drummers do, which are to very strange time signatures (15/24, 27/36, etc.) that are really hard to follow, beat wise. But, then again, if you listen to some of his stuff from NAMM, for instance, it's really cool, funky stuff that's the fun stuff to jam out to.
