is there plans for a new longer freestyle trick board? the forge seemed like an amazing design and way more functional then the bhangra, despite how popular thats going to become
I live in the Netherlands (completely flat) and I'm looking for a deck for cruising in a city to school for example. Would this one be good for that or is it too heavy/big? I just don't want to do tricks anymore except manuals so I dont want a normal "modern" skateboard.
yo rayne i want w board that i can do some tricks on (i.e shov its) carve on and do some substantial hill on also the board MUST be durable... im also wondering about the flex im 14 years old 6 feet tall and 130 pounds will this board bottom out ...thanks guys
@AirForce576 Yeah the Forge is great for crusing as it has a huge standing platform and a medium amount of flex. The front loaded camber allows for some great pumping and carving.
@JordieB18 I bet! See, im a street skater who also likes longboards. NONE of the other boards have a functional nose and tail like the Forge, and it looks damn sexy!! I have been wanting to get into downhill, but I think I would like an all around city board before a downhill assault vehicle. Looks like it..
the dervish, tan tien, vanguard, kalai, drop carve, eel, moray, prowler, intruder, flamenco, heist, thresher, plankton, descent, griphon, demon, scimitar, m-1, and the amp, are all bidirectional flexy decks like you said you like. rayne's just bringing some variety to the playing field. besides- that front loaded camber brings a new kind of power and control to your ride where the other decks would sag or slide. the forge isn't my style either, but it's nice when not every board feels the same.
thats a really ugly board

I love my forge, it's probably the most versatile bored I've ridden.
I'd recommend it to anybody :)
