This tape set was my first introduction to Louise Hay, back in 1990, and I wore them out, I bought more, and fastrack to 2009, This is the first help-line I offer my clients. I have listened to all 4 videos. It will help me to better understand the abuse I had from both parents and my step dad. All 3 are dead, now, and I hope they rest in peace. I have too many "shoulds" and will work on replacing them with "could".
