Why are you trying to tell use how to triple jump when you suck a second phases like that was literally just a step. Hop,step,jump doesn't a literally mean step
lol your middle phase is weak. You could add a foot if you didnt just step down on ur middle phase. It should be a hope, ur just steppign but last phase u swang the legs back well.

really thats pretty good, you want to be high on your jump... you jump up while your momentum carries you forward, cuz if you jump forward you dont get enough height and you'll land too soon. the second phase you should extend just a little further, but im sure you already know that... i think you just messed up on that one, really nice though^^
You're a little high on your first phase and that's why your right leg gives out on you. Stay a little lower and be more active in your first phase cycle. It would benefit you to use a single arm action off the board and use double arms into your 2nd and third phase. Your last phase is good, I'd just work on streching out a little more and landing on your side.

too high first phase. jump out not up and your jumping leg will follow through natually. check of my triple jump (great technique video).

That second phase kills your jump you could get an extra few feet.

the problem has to do with the arms giving up.
The jumper is in good position but doesn't use their arms to create drive into the second phase.
