Meh, I love Skid Row with or without Bach, but I'm not a huge fan of the new singer. I do agree that Bach pretty much made Skid Row who they are, not because he was the only one who did anything worthwhile (Snake was an AMAZING guitarist, and I'd still see them live for him alone more than I would BAch) but he had a trademark, token voice that just worked perfectly with the music.
