take it to the store. theres an even new one. or do what i did, say theres something wrong with it(there really was a problem with mine) and they'll give you an enV touch.

did you get the v11 software update or do you not have your phone anymore i got my phone this past weekend and had the v07 and i went to the store and got the update but it was v11 it doesnt seem that different from you video but the Wheel of Fortune as you called it moves slower giving you time to read what is moving by and when the contacts pop up it doesnt tap. I wanted the update so maybe i could watch Heroes on my phone from the nbc website but it says needs adobe flash player 9 or higher.

no it doesnt, i have the voyager, it only makes a touch keyboard in like, mobile email, mobile im, and internet. not in txt messages, thts the one thing i dnt like

ya cuz on the glyde sometimes the touch screne will choose the one next to what you touched. the glyde isnt as accurate as the voyager

hey man i have the dare and i don't really like it so i have 2 questions. when you turn the voyager to the side when ur texting dose it pop up a full qwerty key pad like on the dare with the new software up date. And i have the dare and i have music and stuff on it cant i get my files transfer to the voyager along with the contact list?

i dont know if verizon can transfer ur music and stuff like they can with ur contact list, however, u can use a USB cable and transfer ur files onto ur computer and then onto the voyager altho its a lil longer and not as convenient

There's really no difference between the V09 and V11 software, other than just some bug fixes.

You can just drop it off at your nearest Verizon Wireless store and ask them for a software upgrade.I actually just got mine upgraded to the v11 software, and I actually think it made my phone faster..

just buy backup assistant so when u get a new phone u can put all ur contacts on the phone easily

Its OPTIONAL .. i got it for more memory for music... but yea the phones internal memory is only a few megabites so you rlly should get a MicroSD if u want music and pictures and stuff

All you gotta do is go to your nearest Verizon Wireless store, and ask for a software update. It takes around 45 minutes, but it's worth it.

Well it really just depends on what you did with BitPim. If you just added sounds, pictures, wallpapers, ringtones, etc. then you're okay.

But if you edited the software in any way like changing the GUI or other features like that, then you should probably do something about that.

you can choose if you want it to or not, it can either be triple tap (abc), predictive text (t9 word) or the full keyboard
