I'm interested in coming down soon. What time is best for me to come down? I'm a 23 year old male, free to come and have a look Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. What would I need to bring with me?
hey mate, come down on any of those days and you dont need to bring anything with you first time round as the club has everything needed and sells training ropes, gloves, tops etc.. Just come down and speak to tomo who you seen in the video and he will get you started and explain everything. Open 6pm till 9pm. Also seach for us on facebook.
Main open times are
Mon: 18:00 - 21:00
Wed: 18:00 - 21:00
Fri: 18:00 - 21:00
£3.00 entry fee - everyone ages 8 to 80 are welcome, Please search for us on facebook, all information and contact numbers are on the info page there.
Latest news is the Dominica team will be training at WABC next year for the Olympic games.
