  • gr8 vid i never did those dumbell moves though thru fear of not doin it right will deffo try to do them next time. i feel da need to get a sledge hammer!! what was it you were striking?

  • I like what you're doing. I think that dropping the DUMBbells and picking up some kettlebells would help increase your hip drive, lat table and overall power/strength immensely. The keg cleans were impressive (hint: train snatch and clean and jerk with dbl heavy kb's and use the keg to show off once in a while )

  • hi nice workout video. what is the box your hitting with sledge hammer? .. I always wanted to get a good sledge workout but neighbors always complain so i wanted to minimized the noise , do you know how?

  • Because one day you might need the ability to protect yourself, the weak or a lazy fat ass like yourself.

    If for no other reason, train to push the body to the point that it realizes it needs to remain young and not a lazy fat fuck wanting to be something he doesn't have the balls to obtain.

  • haha, im not a competitive athlete, but i train like that- more or less. i dont train for a sport right now, i train FOR LIFE.

  • I like the training. I'm plan on adding plyometric/dynamic exercises to my training... Just for fun and results

  • its a floor matt cut into squares and taped together. i also do weighted dips and chin ups in this workout too.

  • nice workout, looks a lot like my future workout, except I'll be doing some more stuff... A question tho, what's that pink box made off, I'd like to start slegdehammer work early but I don't have anything to hit it with...
