  • Those corner combos with dudley are crazy...

  • I could never read moves like these guys do it's ridiculous. Always gonna be an intermediate 3s player :[

  • ときどどおした!!おいといどぉおおおおおおお!!!!おいときどゥォオオオオオオオオオオオオオオオ!!!!!

  • Cool

  • I love kokujin, he's so energetic when he plays

  • "Let's fight like gentlemen", can't wait to try him in street fighter 4; however, I should play him in 3rd strike.

  • Kokujin with the super cancel at the end was just funny.

  • damn that combo at 3:08 was SICK

  • He's BACK!!!

  • i never understood why balrog and dudley wear boxing gloves in a street fight :|

  • -_- Because their style is boxing.

  • @aznbreakerboi51o You know, Boxing gloves are less to protect your hands, and more to protect your opponent. So it makes sense, in a street fight, you want to beat down your opponent... which you're not doing as much when you have gloves on.

  • @meirus That's true, but if you fight based on your fighting style, you pretty much want to fight to whatever your rules actually are. For example, Cody throws rocks and uses pipes and knives. However, he keeps his cuffs on. May be cheap for a real fight but its his style from prison. Eagle used sticks. Haomaru used katanas. Etc.

  • @aznbreakerboi51o It doesn't change the fact that someone would wonder why someone would do something like that. For example, Cody only fights like that because he's bored. Dudley fights with his gloves, not just because he's a boxer, but because he prefers a gentlemanly fight. However in reality the gloves would need to come off if someone really wanted to do damage. The point is that the answer isn't "because he's a boxer".

  • @meirus What? Then what about Balrog? Dude uses gloves but not because he's a gentleman. Then again, Mike from SF1 didn't use gloves at all.

I'm sure there's a definite answer as to why they wear it, but I'm not quite able to put the words together. I'll let you know if I do.

  • @aznbreakerboi51o It's just that it's a matter of it fitting their character. It doesn't have anything to do with it being their style, that's all. I'm sure it mentions in rog's story somewhere that he's treating this like a boxing match of some sort.

  • @meirus I'm sure its a little of both actually. I feel one's character has a lot to do with their fighting style. Yun and Yang are a great example, where Yun's personality "outgoing and impulsive" and Yang's personality is "quiet and calm". I'm sure you can figure the rest easily as to how that ties in with their fighting style.

  • lol i kno but if you think realistically a boxer's punch is enough to kill a man in one shot...even tho it is a video game perhaps the developer's realize that and put it in iono...

  • He senses that if he fought with both arms he'd be about equal in strength to Shin Gouki. He and Gouki had a very careful fight that was broken up before a winner could be decided.

  • @moonlitearthx14 no hed be stronger. oro is THE strongest character in the streetfighter canon.

  • @moonlitearthx14 Canonically, Oro is the most powerful fighter in the SF universe. Even with one arm tied behind his back he was more than a match for Gouki. That fight was undecided because Oro actually left the fight, after getting bored. Oro is the last of the Sennin, a clan of people from Japan who master a secret martial art called Senjutsu and with both arms out, he is more powerful than half of the SF cast rolled into one. Even Shin Gouki would be no match for Oro with both arms.

  • @Gigameth89 did you read that somewhere or is there actually a clip of the two fighting ? im just asking cause it sounds like a blast to watch

  • @IAmKingHomey Unfortunately, there's no living clips of that. It's just the canonical storyline that I've read. I'd love to watch it too though.

  • omfg 6:27 was sick

  • CRAWS-COUNTAH!

  • Niiya read Kokujin like a book that 2nd round.

But that EX Jet Upper to beat that meaty EX Oroshi was SICK.

  • Street Fighter is a lot stronger when there are no fireballs involved.

  • And parrying

  • street fighter is a lot stronger without whiners talking about fireballs ruining the game.

learn to beat it. yun has no fire ball. chun barely has a fireball. yet they dominate. come on now

  • I've never heard anyone complain about Fireballs in 3S.

  • @keikun332 They dominate because Yun has the most powerful and fastest building super and chun has god tier priority with regular moves. Many of chun's special and EX moves are completely useless. And yet, she dominates solely because of bad programming (unless you agree back and fierce punch should have as much priority as a dragon punch :P).

Point is, regular fireballs in the game are pretty bad to an almost unusable capacity that I don't think even the programmers had in mind.

  • @pratikh Amen BROTHERR!! SF4 supports "zoning" a little too much

  • @pratikh oh god yes

  • @pratikh i can kinda agree with you....fire ball game does get old.

  • hoy tokido!

    HOY TOKODOAAAA!

  • hhaha kokujin is a funny guy he screaming in the background

  • How does throwing work in third strike?

  • You throw by pressing light punch (jab) and light kick (short) at the same time. Its good for opponents who are trying to parry/block your attacks

  • Thanks man, appreciate it.

  • Ryu isnt top tier in any SF game with SFIV as the only exception. Ryu doesnt suck but hes not the strongest either.

  • The strongest character introduced? Gouki, or Oro, or Gouken, if he's alive. Maybe Bison/Vega too.

  • A lot of missed punishes here. He jumps wayyyyyyyyy to much.

  • If its stupid but it works, its not stupid.

  • Lol everytime I read this statement I fail to see your point

  • Ryu isnt the strongest fighter in any street fighter game. The only exception to that is street fighter 4 where he is considered to be one of the best.

This assumes that you are talking about playing the game and not about the anime/movies/story/books or something else.

  • hadouken hadouken hadouken hadouken hadouken hadouken hadouken hadouken .

    SHORYUKEN!

    METSU! FUCK YOUKEN IM CHEAP

  • Dudley 4 SF 4

  • The Dudley player's nickname is straight up "black guy*?" That's crazy.

    *kokujin = black person

  • Yup. Specifically, 黒人

    黒=black

    人=person

  • haha i know, this is not "Owned!"

  • Wasn't "owning," but it was very entertaining. Kokujin for the win.
