It is where youtubers get together and get to know one another. They have one every year. I believe the next one is Sept30-Oct 4, 2010. There is a channel page which is Southtube you can check out.

I'm sorry, I just realize that it looks like I didn't respond. I as so sorry. The locations changes. The first was in Marietta, Ga. The second was in Nashville, Tn. and the third was in Chattanooga, Tn. We had a wonderful time.
