@xMelfina Hair grows fastest in warmer months so 2 inches. Like the greenhouse of effect. Slower in winter months. 1 1/2. This video is three months ago. I just straigtened my hair again. It's longer then this... more towards the bra strap like two inches now. No hair vitamins. I do workout take alot of protein shakes that has tons of vitamins and amino acids. I separately intake Vitamin C, E, B-6, B-12's, Evening Primrose, Taurine, Aloe Vera capsules, Fish oil's capsules.
@Vfare36@xMelfina I workout alot do cardio alot so it stimulates hair growth like massaging the scalp does. I only use organic shampoos and conditioners and wear my hair curly mostly or do over the top buns with leave in conditioner in it as my protective styling. So I can keep the heat off it as much as I can so I can get it long again. I do deep condition every week also. I eat alot of protein chicken, fish, etc which hair is made up of. My style really is the style I had sine I had a chin length bob she just keeps it like that as it grows so I have some style since I am growing out layers in the back so little by little. she just cut's the front to catch up with the back which allows my layers to catch up. I know what you mean I can't wait for long hair again. Layers are hard to grow
