Just for the record, while the combos look all legitimate, their damage is way overblown. Notice that the red "turtle" bars under the energy bars are at max, rather than at like the 1/3rd they are in a regular match. I wonder how much damage these combos would do in a real match, and how feasible they truly are.

press 3 buttons of the p,k,s,hs at the point a strike connects or at a different point in some moves. i find it easier to set L2 to p,k and s (keep in mind it takes 1/2 tension bar to do it wen it is a strike connecting but only 1/4 if in a special place e.g gunflame

I actually played GGXX today, and Sol (Who is now one of my favorite characters seeing as my mom left me in the arcade for hours) is one of my favorite characters, but he seemed a bit easy to use x__X. At least until I saw this.

These are among the most skillful and precisely timed and executed combos I've seen from any character or player. As far as I know, some moves are a bit different, and they also changed some in-battle specs, such as damage, recovery time and pushback. And I think Robo-Ky isn't playable in regular GGXX.

robo ky is playable in ggxx, along with justice and kliff, theyre all unlockables, either get to them in survival mode and beat them (around lvl 230 ish) beat all story mode paths. they can also be unlocked thru arcade and missions but I forget. Story mode is easiest. Also, GGXX robo Ky is superior to GGXX-R Robo Ky. that is all

Actually all these combos are posible, if you look at the video closely you can see that he never does more than 2 roman cancels or 4 fake roman cancels (Roman cancels only drain 1/4 of the tension bar) and he has the air recovery option on so dummies recover when they are able.

What you a call a "blue roman cancel" only uses 1/4 of the tension meter compared to the normal Roman Cancel, which uses 1/2 of the tension meter. A "blue roman cancel" is actually called a False Roman Cancel or FRC.

Some of the combos in this vid are way impossible to do in actual battle because he roman cancels a lot. Roman cancels can only be done twice in succession because it requires half of the tension bar. And I doubt that you can use this in an actual 1 on 1 fight against a human opponent because he'll just air recover before the dust loop completes. But then again, this is just training mode and some of the impossible ones are downright wicked

I liked the video, but about halfway through it seemed like it was 90% spamming his aerial Slash, Hardslash, Hardslash, Volcanic Viper. It looked like you noticed this yourself, however, 'cause it got changed about halfway through, against Anji, where he just set up for the attack for the air Slash instead of finishing. The last two combos were great, especially Gunflame FRC bouncing.
