  • i think that these two women are complete idiots... have you evr watched a video of how they slaughter meat??????? i was on the vegan diet for a year and lost 135 lbs, and my cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar came down. if you know how to eat food it doesnt matter what you eat! fucking fools....

  • Some people can't eat a vegan diet they have to eat meat because their body works differently . Don't hate try to relate.

  • protein must be broken down into its basic amino acids before it is absorbed by the intestines. frutis, vegetables, nuts, and grains all contain enzymens and amino acids which dont have to be broken down to be absorbed. the body doesnt need protein it needs the building blocks of protein (amino acids)

  • Yeah soy has lots of protien, but the quality is not there as it dose not contain all essential amino acids(building blocks of protien that are not produced by your body that you need in your diet).

    Hemp seed is better as it contains all amino acids. not to metion the best source of Omega 3,6,9 for your brain and flexibility in joints.

  • I am going to go with a mix of foods between raw and cooked. I can't afford to buy grocieries for myself and my family seperately and def. don't have time to prepare two dif. meals every night. I do want my family to eat better too.

    My eyes are bright, my skin clear, and I feel great. I have endless amounts of energy. I love every minute my lifestyle.

    My check ups impress my doctor & myself.

    My health is both earned and appreciated.

    The last visit to the doctor his words to me were "you have very good blood" and he corrected himself and said "actually very, very good blood"

    I never asked what that meant, I didn't need to.

    Energy I do not lack.

    Have you looked at Atkins way of eating before? Much more healthier in my book. In fact I am doing it now...lost 10 pounds already. You would probably enter at the OWL level since you are already slim

  • The Atkins diet is definitely not healthier than the vegan diet. Your body needs carbs. Just healthy carbs.

  • if you eat only vegetables you will lack protein in your diet as you can see in the video. protein can be taken in the form of eggs, poultry, pork not only red meat. what is a healty carb? one with fibre? a carb is a carb. with Atkins balanced nutrition with out a lot of carbs is the key to weight reduction..

  • Depends on your goals really. If you morally want to stick with veganism, I see no reason why you NEED to eat red meat. I would respect your lifestyle choice.

    However, if you're looking to be stronger overall...there is no doubt that eating meat will increase overall strength levels and leave you with a much better muscle to fat ratio.

  • It wouldn't be veganism per se, vegans eat LOTS of protein. It COULD possibly be that your RAW vegan diet doesn't include enough protein rich foods such as legumes, grains etc. Check out the link in the description section of my "Where do I get my protein" video. These people do not know what they are talking about, you cannot eat red meat for every meal of the day and be healthy. My uncle tried that and he ended up dead at 44 from colon cancer.

  • These people are retarded. I donate double reds (2 units of red cells) every 12 weeks and my hemocrit values are usually around 17.5 and I don't eat meat. You may need to make sure you are taking a one a day vitamin that contains iron. It is a shame that these people pass for "medical professionals".
