first they were limited to lower boost, pump fuel, more weight added and they still smashed aus cars.

I agree with Jim Richards. The Skyline was alot better and Holden n Ford were jeacous cause they cant build a light turbo 4wd 3.2L car.

1500 kg:s is 60 kg:s more than the STANDARD car.

It should weigh about 1250 to 1300 in race mode.

I wonder what the sierra weighed.

the engine in the sierra cosworth RS500 was a Ford motor.. so ford's not particularly jealous.

and the light turbo 4wd 3.2L car you speak of i assume is the nissan R32 GT-R.. which to my knowledge always still had the RB26DETT in it, 2.6Litre inline 6.. so its not 3.2 L...

anyway.

If the results where based on the fastest car - The Nissan would not do so well. An old early model commodore V8 lapped faster on the shootout and from what I remember an English car beat the Nissan by 2 seconds on the shootout. So for 163 laps that would be over 5 minutes slower than the Older English car for the whole race. The Nissan team could not get their shit together and screwed up - LOL

I'm not sure where you get your V8 Supercar figures, but an '06 Ford Supercar cracks 100km/h in 3.9secs and the 1/4 mile in 11.4secs and a new V8 Supercar would be even quicker, Ford or Holden.

I know why the audio in most parts is out of sync. From the start to part 7, the audio was perfect. However, when the picture got screwed up in part 7, the audio was out of sync from there to the end.

Funny from the look of it the Nissan had a lot of trouble turning and the Ford was actually able to finish the race. But I suppose the myth of the GTR cant be broken. Considering the GTR cost as much as a house in 1992 its no surprise they were dominate.
