I am proud to be deaf friendly. I do try to understand them when they speak. All it takes for me to understand them is patience. I have plenty of that to try to work with. I think deaf people are wonderful people. They are various walks of life. electricians, carpenters, cooks, and even counselors. They are good to chat with. There are good and bad in the world. Its like that everywhere.
