  • Hi Guys Please watch Ghost Car Video of Times Square

    youtube.com/watch?v=NfRH7ZFzh7w

    MUST WATCH!! Please share it

  • @PlanetZelka so you mean to tell me adam and eve is how it all started? and do i really think that the earth is only 5,000 years old? really? if thats your proof, its not very good. at all.

  • Evolutionists: Is there any ancient, documented evidence of evolution? Minus cave paintings.

The Bible is old. The books in it go back to creation; but they were assembled sometime after. I was once an EVILutionist, but then I sat on my bed, and read the Bible. I read partly because my life was messed up and I needed change. I read that God has a plan, and everything that happens to you has a good reason behind it, even if you don't know immediatly. God Bless You All.

  • @PlanetZelka "Evolutionists: Is there any ancient, documented evidence of evolution? Minus cave paintings."

EVOLUTION is being put to practical use in industry and widely used on a DAILY basis by researchers in medicine, biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics to both formulate hypotheses about biological systems for the purposes of experimental design, as well as to rationalize observed data and prepare applications.

  • @CynicalSkeptic1 Yeah, but science can't PROOVE it. Scientists can't travel back in time because they say that you could only travel as far back as the activation of the machine.

    Science. Is. THEORIES

    The Bible. Is. PROOF

  • @PlanetZelka You said "Yeah, but science can't PROOVE it."

First of all, it is "Prove"...second, organisms can be grouped by sequence similarity via DNA sequence comparison and the resulting phylogenetic trees are consistent with taxonomy. Scientists had envisioned the paleontological tree of life long before it was CONFIRMED by DNA sequence analysis. Consequently, evolution is one of the most validated theories in all of science.

  • @PlanetZelka You say the Bible is proof, what is proof about it?

Muslims says that the Koran is proof, what is proof about it?

Jewish says the Old testamente is proof, -||-?

Hinduist says the same thing, so does MANY OTHERS.

    Who is right or wrong?

  • @LeReVaQ That's what I call, "Religious Competition". When people believe in something, they think it's true. The Bible states that once God forgives you, you will feel the urge to do His will, whatever it may be. I've felt this too, and I feel TERRIBLE if I don't... People have felt an undescribable feeling, whcih is the Holy pirit coming into them, making the feel great happyness and joy; so much, they proclaim of it. That's how the Bible is true.

*"Quran" is how I think it's spelled.

  • @PlanetZelka That's just ad hominem opinions.

P.s. May the Spaghetti Monster bless you, you might one day see the truth and embrace his long spaghetti and big meatballs.

  • @LeReVaQ People have died and gone to Heaven and Hell. Look it up, for your own sake.

    PS: I take no offence.

  • @PlanetZelka Excerpt: James McCarter of Divergence Incorporated states that the work of 2001 Nobel Prize winner Leland Hartwell which has substantial implications for combatting cancer relied heavily on the use of evolutionary knowledge and predictions. McCarter points out that 47 of the last 50 Nobel Prizes in medicine or physiology also depended on the use of Evolutionary theory.

  • @CynicalSkeptic1 Science is THEORIES, NOT ABSOLUTE PROOF. I admit, science is a MAJOR part in our world today, but It has negatives. The Nazis believed they EVOLVED to be supperior over the Jewsand everyone else, which lead to the Holocaust.

GOD. HAS. ANSWERS. SCIENCE. HAS. THEORIES.

  • @PlanetZelka "Science is THEORIES, NOT ABSOLUTE PROOF."

OUTSIDE OF SCIENCE, 'theory' means speculation or 'unproven conjecture'. The definition for 'theory' in a scientific context is "a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world; an organized system of accepted knowledge that applies in a variety of circumstances to explain a specific set of phenomena; "theories can incorporate FACTS and LAWS and tested hypotheses"; 'true in fact and theory'."

  • @PlanetZelka Here is another example: "a logical, systematic set of principles or explanation that has undergone testing or validation from careful observations and HAS STOOD UP AGAINST ATTEMPTS TO PROVE IT FALSE. A scientific theory can be used to make a variety of predictions of what will happen under different circumstances."

This is quite a contrast to the Bible which has been PROVEN to be littered with a veritable plethora of contradictions and inaccuracies.

  • @planetzelka he means the doctors saved you when you couldn't breath, and that kid who saw you almost get poisoned saved you. Someone, somewhere, put the idea of god into your head.

  • "checkmate" XD

  • sarcasm? lol?

  • You crack me up man. You have good points though.

  • At the end of every day, I thank my God for all the food, drinks, air, and experiences he gave me. He's the reason you're all alive, which is why you should thank him. He saved my life twice. I didn't come out well when I was born, and I nearly suffocated, but God made sure I lived. Then in the forth grade, a kid tried to kill my with something he put in my milk, but God made sure I lived. Someone saw and told the principal. If it weren't for God, I wouldn't be here today. Praise Him!

  • @PlanetZelka and yet, others day under the same circumstances. does god hate them?

  • @o0thisismyusername0o What do you mean?

  • @PlanetZelka Since your god is allegedly omnipotent then he could have prevented your problematic birth and you would never have "nearly suffocated" at all. Your god could also have prevented that other child from ever poisoning you...

Thousands of third-world children are blinded annually from a parasitic eyeball-burrowing worm which your god must have created....and millions more children in third world countries starve to death every year...many of them are surely praying to your god.

  • @CynicalSkeptic1 God has a plan for everyone; my bad birth has a reason behind it. It might not be appearent to me, but I know He has a plan. I've learned from past mistakes (such as a slur of my words in front of people; I'd learn to rehearse what I read).

You're making me mad; shut up and think. End of discussion. May God help you

  • @PlanetZelka If a tsunami strikes land and kills thousands of people...undoubtedly there was nothing that an omnipotent god could do to prevent this tragedy. However, if a baby is found alive underneath all the dead bodies, then, quite obviously, this is evidence of God's mercy. This is an example of the "Theory of God".

You cannot selectively attribute all the *good* in the world to an omnipotent omniscient entity unless you also admit that he could have prevented all the 'bad'....

  • god doesn't exist!

  • stabbed*

  • If god was all peaceful and knowledgable, why did he let his "son" be stapped by spears and starved on a cross? "to forgive us from sin"-christian. me: isnt it a sin to purposely send someone to be brutually killed on a cross?

  • no shit really i didn't fucking know....

  • @xxSatanicHispanicxx if you knew then what was the pointof commenting?

  • fuck you and your bull shit believes

  • @xxSatanicHispanicxx it's satire you derp...

  • @xxSatanicHispanicxx

He is an atheist making fun of Christianity.

  • @MysticyPhoenix He is mocking God. Judgment comes to those who mock God.

  • @lifeInAFallenWorld22

    OKay. :)

  • @lifeInAFallenWorld22 you are the only one judging people . . .

  • i beleive in God and find this guy to be a funny motherfucker lmaooo .. am i going to hell?? come on man this guy is great

  • Need a "Checkmate!" T-shirt! And give me 25% of the profits since I gave you the idea, thank you.

  • Edward is great ! you gotta love him :)

  • I love Eddie Current Almost to the point of being an abomination,NO HOMO :) LMAO :)

  • you my friend,are a genius

  • xD you need a show on TV I swear xD

  • Remember when a million hits on Youtube was a WHOLE lot? Now thats like..."z'oh Your vid got a million? Thats nice."

  • This would be 10x funnier if the title said "God Cares About Us! ALOT!".

  • for a moment i thought this guy was serious...

  • if he loves us what about the nuclear bomb or all the wars the tsunamis huh did he kill a lot of christians in tsunamis if he loved them well explain checkmate

  • "he allows certain unfunny comedians get a million hits on youtube" haha

  • "Lol, especially us Americans."

  • Vid: Problem of evil.

Me: yadda yadda. Get over this weak argument.

Vid: Prayer is worthless bcz they're not always answered.

Me: Prayers may not always be answered for many reasons, but this isn't to deny that prayers are EVER answered. It would be like saying "chemotherapy doesn't always cure ppl, so it must be worthless"

Vid: Theists hope for good without acting, while atheists act without wasting time hoping.

Me: false dichotomy. We espouse action first THEN prayer and hope in God's help.

  • @amuslimguy You seem to have failed to see the purpose of the video. Sure, it has many good points, but it is primarily for entertainment.

That aside, note that he does not imply that prayers are worthless because they're not always "answered"; he implies that they are worthless because they are never "answered". Just because something you pray for happens does not mean that you convinced a god to make it happen.

Also, you can hope for something without sitting down and mumbling about it.

  • @Ononemuss I'm responding to the arguments. Just because EC is having a great time at the expense of believers (and his own soul) doesn't mean he isn't dead serious about his arguments.

I believe in the power of prayer because I believe in God's revelation stating that He Himself does answer prayers in general, not because I prayed for something and it happened (although when that does happen, I'm grateful).

One has to believe based on reason and revelation, not solely on personal experience.

  • @amuslimguy Power of prayer and Jedi mind tricks have exactly the same amount of evidence, zero. Reason and revelation are two words that dont really go together. You would be thinking very differently if you applied reason to your religion.

  • @MrKGatl Reason and revelation aren't the same, but they go hand in hand. There are different sources for truth. Some truths are acquired through reason alone, some by experimentation, some on the authority of a believable and informed source (and revelation is one example of this, a weather forecaster being another), and some truths may be learned by experience.

Once I accept the Quran as the truth from God (based on reason), I accept its teaching that God answers prayers.

  • @amuslimguy How can you accept the Quran? Its a book that is so full of hate, malice, spite, oppresion, and so on. A book that says salt water and fresh water do not mix. I could go on. To accept the Quran is to reject reason.

  • @MrKGatl The book is NOT "full of hate, malice, spite, oppression." This is complete nonsense. I read it regularly, have large portions of it memorized, and I understand it in its original language, and I have access to numerous works of classical and modern exegesis in Arabic to help understand it, and your statement couldn't be further from the truth.

You and others opt for selective, distorted reading where you go in just looking for things that don't sound right but don't seek explanations.

  • @amuslimguy Do you read over the parts that talk about beating and killing women, marrying prepubescent girls, child abuse, women abuse, the 109 different verses that call muslims to war against non muslims. Almost every punishment in the quran is death: If you leave islam-death, thats what your clerics tell children, that if they ever leave the faith Allah will burn them in hell and torture them. Religious brainwashing starts with children.

  • @MrKGatl Okay..now I know you've never actually read the Quran in earnest, let alone the necessary commentary and exegesis!

If these wildly false claims about Islam are enough to make you an atheist, then I wish you luck.

  • @amuslimguy No i am an atheist for a myriad of other reasons. But those passages are in the quran when you admit it or not. You denying that they are in there, doesnt make them disappear. Islam is obvious brainwashing, you tell children that death is the penalty for apostasy. This is child abuse. Its the same as telling them if they think for themselves, they should be killed by their own people. Just crazy man. Not to mention that Muhammed married a 9 year old, what a pedophile

  • @MrKGatl Hahaha..whatever. You can make false claims all you want.. You are not Muslim, probably don't know Arabic, haven't studied the Quran, so you are no position to make claims.

You need to check out some of the videos on my channel; they address the issues you raise (apostasy and the Prophet's marriage to Aisha). If you're really intelligent (instead of just a hater), you will research these matters before you make accusations.

  • @amuslimguy So I have to learn arabic and read the entire quran to know that islam is a horrific religion? It only takes common sense to know that islam is a religion of hate.

  • Edward needs to go on FOX news and talk like that about being Christian. He might get a job with them. Maybe replace Beck.

  • @RaggedM88 Beck is leaving anyways! xD

  • 777th comment

  • Religion: Pics or it didn't happen.

  • I love how some people think he's a Christian. His video, "My Favourite Christian is an Atheist" made my day. ;D

  • God makes my penis itch

  • @dirtydonki God gave you your penis, you're sleeping around made it itch. ;)

  • Imagine if every single person who sat and preyed to help someone gave them a dollar instead, they'd be millionaires and would have less problems

  • i dont understand about this video how it got 1500 likes? is it because its good comedy or people bite this shit?

  • @mightymax1992 its satire against christianity, eddie is actually an atheist making fun of christians. the even funnier thing is that there are real christians who actually watch his videos and BELIEVE HIM! he actually makes a video about it and how they start to realize hes just mocking christians so they get all pissy for being dumbshits.

  • @mattakudesu u have my thumb :)

  • @mightymax1992 ha ha he has mine too

  • @mattakudesu see you just ruined the funny christians believing this by posting that comment. you know?

  • I'm joining Richard Dawkins Out Campain :D

And I'm gonna buy alllll his books for friends and family.

    Amen!

  • waiting for he airstrike ...

  • 1:21 Rofl!!

  • I hear that prayer is the 100% surefire way to get what you want. Hold on a sec....ahhhh....yep! I just pulled a gold bar out of my own ass! Praise god!!!

  • i always pray and god answers them god bless us!!

  • @masterofaddiction does he? what he says?what he do ? maybe i should pray to have more money, wil he give me ?? bullshit

  • @mightymax1992 sawry man i'm just a kid

  • I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me, Superman!

  • dude, ull die one day and u will see that there is no god , no heaven , no hell xD

then u realize u wasted your time .. and then u will see me :P an atheist in same room as u :)

  • Gawd created the evil Devil & knew he would cause evil- gawd is not all good, gawd didn't know that Satan would lead people to evil-then gawd is not all knowing, gawd can't stop the Devil from doing evil and even tempting Jesus-then gawd is not all powerful, so he is not all good, all knowing or all powerful, why worship such an inferior being who creates and allows evil & who has fewer powers than Superman?

  • @tmhteacher OMG, you're right!

    All hail Superman!

    :D

  • God doesn't let Richard Dawkins sell all those awful books, the DEVIL does. He does this to tempt you, just like how he createc all of those false fossils, how he created false gods that did all the same things Jesus did BEFORE he did it, etc.

  • @xcellken1 i am guessing that is satire but god is more powerful than satan and knows exactly what he was doing and could have stopped it but didnt he allows people to belive a lie that will send them to hell that means that god either didnt know about satans plan couldnt stop it or didnt want love us enough to wnat to its idiotic and thats why a all loving all knowing all powerful god and satan cant both exist and tempt people

  • @lonewolfM16 It was satire.

  • @ogbash your an idiot

  • yes, God is so loving that's why he lets genocide, rape, murder, and starvation happen every day. yup seems caring to me.

  • He totally owns Christianity in this vid !

  • the scary thing about all of these Edward Current vids is even though its satire and sarcasm, even though he is really an atheist there are probably millions of people on this Earth so stupid that they would not even realize that and actually believe everything in these vids. there are probably religious nuts who could watch these edward current vids and not even realize the guy is a sarcastic atheist.

  • This video was good. However; if it had boobs, it would be really really really really really good

  • Id like to see one of these statistics wether atheists or christians are happier. Seems like the only argument for or against a religion.?

  • i believe in god but im not sure if he cares about us or just me at least

  • Edward Current !!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Edward Curret = BIG FAT PHONEY!!! ....Along with "god"

  • i bet u that about 5 of those miners believed in god, and didnt want to die

  • if god exists he should make a video ... stating that he cares about us. VIDEO OR GTFO ...

  • @m3xicanSuperman God revealed everything we need to know about Him in the Bible. If you want Him to prove Himself to you, try reading it.

Listen to this if you want to consider the proof: marshillchurch. org/ media/ doctrine/ revelation-god-speaks

  • @lizzie25m haha I did read the Bible. That's why i became an atheist :)

  • @m3xicanSuperman Well I'm glad you've made an informed decision :) -unlike so many

  • @lizzie25m Most intelligent people become atheist after reading the bible.... its only the deluded ones that remain christian!!

  • @dinthm06 With all due respect, do you feel that particular statement actually makes you seem "intelligent"? ...on what grounds could you possibly claim such a thing? What research proves this? How do you define intelligence, let alone measure it? And surely a so-called intelligent person would see the need in our society to at the very least be respectful of religious people as human beings- not going around calling all Christians "deluded".........

  • I LOVE judging.

    I RESPECT gullibility.

I am always watching everything you do.

  • Comment removed

  • @lizzie25m Super. I'm a chemist and I hate science. my wife is a teacher and she hates education. We're raising our kids to be music lovers who hate music.

Christianity is a religion, Einstein, despite whatever Orwellian "logic" you use to deny it because it is "the truth."

  • @MaximusRelaximus Religion is doing certain things to make yourself good in god's eyes, to hopefully make your way into heaven. Such as going to church, reading the bible, doing good works, certain rituals and practices.

Christianity is the opposite; there is nothing you DO that makes you a Christian. To because a Christian means that you accept God's love and forgiveness, and are in relationship with Him- there is nothing you have to do, like in religion.

  • @lizzie25m straight from def 1 of the dictionary: "a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, esp. when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies..."

That clearly describes Christianity. As to your main (and invented) distinction, that you don't have to DO anything--for example, be a good person--to find salvation, I hardly see that as a virtue. A baby raping serial killer goes to heaven while do-gooding skeptic burns forever?

  • @MaximusRelaximus Yeah I appreciate what you're saying :) My point is, when Christians claim that we are not religious, we are applying a worldly definition. The world tends to see religion as people trying to get to God, whereas Christianity is God coming to his people. So it is fair to say that Christianity is the opposite of all other religion, and this is why we claim to not be religious in that sense. But I understand what you said, and it's a fair point :) Just not the one I was making.

  • @MaximusRelaximus Perhaps consider God to be a Father, which he is. What kind of cruel, abusive father (like the gods of other religions) says to his children: 'do this, do that, and then I MIGHT love you- only if you're good enough.' The opposite is true of God: He loved us first, and so once you know of this love, you live your life in response to that. It's not to say Christians shouldn't do good things- but doing these things don't get you to heaven; to be saved.

  • @lizzie25m What kind of father says do what I say or burn alive for an endless amount of time. If a person puts a gun to their child's head & says clean your room, or kiss my feet...his child would be taken, he would be labeled an unfit parent & possibly put in jail. The God you believe in is cruel, vindictive, egotistical & unforgiving. Even if he did exists...it's all about his love for himself not his "children". Think about it.

  • @iamadriana A loving father tells His children what is best for them. God does not let anyone into heaven because of what they do. It is only possible by what God has done: died in our place. Even though we all deserved an eternity in hell, God loved us so much that He sent his son to take the punishment for us. There is nothing we can or have to do to earn our forgiveness and relationship with God. All you need to do is accept it. Therefore what you've said is nonsensical biblically.

  • hes a pussy i think.

  • Christians=War starters Atheist=Never started a war

  • @HoosierAtheist ever heard of Communism

  • @LaughingHobo Communism wasn't in the name of atheism. So it's not the same as other wars which were done exactly because of religious difference and in the name of god (i.e. Israel and Palestine.)

  • @HoosierAtheist Still.. I would love to have an athiest crusade of some sorts. Storming the Vatican etc.

  • @rangergxi Yes, we should storm the Vatican, and punish the catholic priests who rape innocent children day after day. Then we will make the Pope declare to all his followers that there is no God.

  • @xtatictimes4ever Can we also rescue all the ancient documents they stole from other cultures over the centuries and distribute them to the cultures they stole them from?

  • @MercuryRis The problem with that is, sadly, they burned all those documents. Bastards. :'(

  • @xtatictimes4ever and then we should after all the islamic theocracies! that's a MUST!

  • @HoosierAtheist Atheists never started a war? Lmao that comment is so ignorant that its funny. And no I'm not religious.

  • @HoosierAtheist people like you should stop posting messages like those; I am atheist so don't I sympathize with the religious folk; the thing is being atheist isn't neesarily a peaceful thing; atheism itself is much more unlikely to cause a war than a religion could, however, atheists have been the cause of war; think of stalin... although I imagine over 50% of all war starters were probably unbelievers just hiding under a veil of seeming religion....

  • @bbphnix I think he means that atheism has never been the primary cause of a war or genocide.

  • Comment removed

  • @HoosierAtheist

atheists are more likely to start a civil war because of injustice, because they know that they only live once

christians are more likely to start international wars and accept injustice, cause the last ones are going to be the first ones in heaven :)

  • @HoosierAtheist THe only war any atheist started is a flame war.

  • @HoosierAtheist of course que idiot creationist ranting about the french revolution being atheist caused (yep because it had nothing to do with the fact that religion had oppressed peseants for centuries though they did go too far) that communism=atheism (nope though many communists are atheists that doesnt mean that tjhey satrted wars specifically for well not really any explicit cause to do with atheism and ranting that hitler was a atheist despite baptism membership of the nazis=christian ect

  • @HoosierAtheist Joseph Stalin, Kim il sung and Kim jong il were/are all Atheists. They could be seen as war starters And there are many more.

  • @CynthiaSwallows Hitler, Mussolini, the Crusaders, the Inquisition, the Conquistadors, Marius, Sulla, Osama Bin Laden, the Taliban, etc. were all religious and could be seen as war starters, genocidal, and there are many more.

  • @CynthiaSwallows

Name more. el oh el, Id like a complete list.

  • @HoosierAtheist Can I give you a copy of Weston's "Rulebook for Arguments"? You really need to read it.

    Men=War starters Women=Never started a war

White US Presidents=War starters Black US Presidents=Never started a war

Granted, it could well be that you don't see what you're arguing because you simply don't understand history.

  • @HoosierAtheist ... hitler

  • @keithnicholls10 Yes, he was catholic, what's you point?

  • @maxergud yea through birth, he still claimed to be an atheist

  • @keithnicholls10 no, moron, he claimed to be catholic. do your damn research!

  • @maxergud actually no dude, 1. Christianity and Catholicism are different, and 2. I'm very tn to WWII history, first he was saying he was doing it in the name of God, but he denounced God and burned all Christian or Catholic material and books, and destroyed churches

  • @blackdog2k6 1. Catholicism is a type of Christianity, like blue is a type of colour. Hitler mentioned God many times through his speeches and in Mein kampf. Find me evidence he was an atheist and i will believe you. Here's evidence that he was a Christian: atheism.about.com/od/adolfhitlernazigermany/tp/AdolfHitlerFaithGod.htm also, have you seen the beltbuckles the SS wore? They say "Gott mit uns" - god is with us.

  • @blackdog2k6 yes, christianity and catholicism are different but maxergud is still correct... catholicism is a denomination of christianity

  • @HoosierAtheist there is many times when war is necessary, so starting wars isn't that bad everytime. Guess that means if you're an athiest you don't have any balls.

  • @blackdog2k6 when is war necessary except when to defend against other war/terror?

  • @HoosierAtheist that's not true! what about the communist Cold War?

  • @Danielezerable Do you understand what a cold war is?

  • @shagoosty Yes, I do understand what a cold war is. Do you know what the Atheists did during it? I would also recommend searching "was Hitler a Christian?"

  • @TheCaptainLulz Ecclesiastes is written by Solomon. Lamentations is written by Jeremiah. They are two different books.

  • @HoosierAtheist you think an athiest never started a war haha? do u think one of the english king's believed in God? or a dictator? Athiests would have just as many wars as religious people, religion is just used as an excuse for ppl to fight

  • @TheRockof90s Please name a war that was as terrible as the Crusades or WWII started by an Athiest.

  • "rewards people for being good christians and punishes godless jerks'' sounds a lot like santa clause. Behave kids or you wont get any presents. How original.

  • @ounb

Santa Claus doesn't punish you, you just dont get the presents. In the sense Santa Claus is nicer. Let's start a Santa Claus Church movement.

  • @KarnevalDeathCode i see..lmao

  • Fellow atheists/agnostics, help me answer this question...Why is it only Christians that seem to care whether or not we agree with what they say? I want an intelligent answer, no matter how hilarious a derogatory one would be....

  • @evilisbliss

    God's will.

  • @mirimiripipim it's God's will that Christians be pests? I know he wants them to "spread the word," but I hardly think it's supposed to be like this....

  • @evilisbliss

    no... not spread... shove. :P

  • @mirimiripipim true...it's suffocating....

  • @KarnevalDeathCode ummm...everyone's better than Edward Cullen....

  • I'm sorry to ruin the fun, but you all realize that he's an atheist and is joking....right?

  • @Pir8forever its amazing how many people, theists or not, don't realize that...they need to go on his channel....

  • Says the man that obviously can afford food and clothing. Oil is proof of God. Bastard dumped a whole bunch of crap in the Gulf. So this life doesn't matter, I knew it!! Oh no, can't believe facts, that would be bad.
