@mustanggt500ism these are made from a type of silicone and a two piece mold. they are very soft but cannot accept a foam insert cause they are solid. i believe daggadee may be the same microtforum member that i had a discussion on how to make these to accept a micro t foam insert to lighten the weight of the tires. he is a very smart guy but the tires he made seem to just fade off from the micro t forum.its kinda sad because he was on the right path to a great product.
