Messing with my Roommate's cat in HD, 24 fps, 60 fps, and 12 fps

Why was the 60fps slower than the 24fps and 12fps? I'm trying to figure out the difference between 60fps and 24fps. And what would look nicer and be easier to edit and watch in slow motion...

@thecoolest514 It's slower because he's recorded it at 60 fps but rendered it at a slower frame rate. If you want slow-mo to look nice you have to record it at a high frame rate otherwise it will look very jumpy.
