@88Matija if you´re a beginner thats fine, however do the pushups slowly to increase the intensity. As soon as you advance pushups wont be as good of a chest exercise to build muscle mass as benchpress for the following reasons: pushups are a compound exercise, benchpress is more an isolation exercise. That means you use more different muscles to do a pushup then you do for a benchpress, but this also means you wont activate as many muscle fibers.

on the 20th RAMADAN starts im muslim so my friend was like itll be perfect to lose that 5 percent fat cuz u have no sodium intake and u dont eat for 12 or so hours so just go 45 mins before u can eat do cardio and core workouts and itll be good

The key to getting your supersets done in the gym is the towel! It works in North America and Europe. Take a gym towel and write "BIG ________" in huge block letters. Then leave it on your bench, people feel real awkward moving another person's sweaty towel and then you can always say (politely of course), "excuse, I was using that bench, didn't you see my towel?" presto, you get the bench back. boom.
Also, try to workout in the morning when the gym is less crowded. CK.

im 21, 5,3 and 5 percent body fat.
my max for chest is 230 and arms is 95 lbs
my abbs are visible but they not ripped and etc cuz all the 5 percent far is on my lower abbs
i got like half inch of fat when i pinch maybe a little more
how can i lose that without burning muscle at the same time.
if i do nothing but cardio , supersets like u did, and core workouts will it work? i just wanna get rid of the lower abbs fat

i do legs on tuesdays or thursdays
i dont do certain workouts at the same day of every week
i change am around so i confuse the muscle a little. but i do squats start off wit 135 for warm up then go up to 185 , then 205 then 225.
then leg press wit 3 plates on each 2 sets side then add 4 on my third and fourth set
then do the quad and hams machine then go back to the legg press and do calves

You should get rid of the leg press and ham and quad machine.
