i own an ipod touch 2nd gen. with 3.1.3 and after 2 years i finnaly decide to jailbreak it last night.

so i go to a forum and people tell me about spirit, so i try it, and as it installed cydia on my pod, i ran out of room.

after it canceled the prosses, i went into the settings and did a system restore, big mistake.

now i was forced to download ios 4.0 and no jailbreak for me...yet.

I still have my old jailbroken iPod Touch 1G, but it's headphone jack broke, so I got a new iPod for my b-day. Unfortunately it shipped just a couple says after the new firmware came out... so no stupid mistakes in upgrading, came with 3.1.3 from the start :P I hope that they can find a jailbreak for an upcoming firmware though, as it seems that even if they can jb 3.1.3, they won't release it yet.
